7-Day Return Policy (New Phones)

  • New mobile phones are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be:
  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With original packaging and accessories
  • Any missing items, physical damage, or signs of use may result in return refusal.

7-Day Return Policy (Used Phones)

  • Used mobile phones are also eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns or exchanges will be accepted only if the phone is received in the same condition as delivered.
  • The device must not show any additional damage, misuse, or tampering.

Damaged on Delivery

  • If a product arrives damaged at the time of delivery, it is eligible for exchange.
  • Customers must:
  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof of damage
  • Once verified, an exchange will be processed.

Customer-Caused Damage

  • If damage occurs after delivery due to customer handling, misuse, or accidental damage:
  • ❌ Return or exchange will not be accepted
  • This applies to both new and used phones.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products damaged by customer use
  • Phones with broken seals or altered software
  • Items returned after the 7-day period
  • Accessories or parts showing signs of use (unless damaged on delivery)

Inspection & Approval

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection.

If the product does not meet return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer.
