NewPrime.es is a registered company in Spain with VAT/NIF and a physical store located at Calle Santa Margarida 12, 08001 Barcelona. By purchasing from our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

We sell new and used phones, accessories, smartwatches, covers, protectors, and repair services. Product descriptions and images are provided for reference; minor variations may occur. Used devices are tested and sold in good working condition with a warranty (duration specified on each product).

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes (VAT). We accept secure payments via Shopify’s supported gateways (credit/debit cards, bank transfers, etc.). Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped across Spain. Delivery times vary depending on location and courier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.

New products include the manufacturer’s warranty. Used devices come with a limited store warranty (details provided per product). Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
