Return and Exchange

At NewPrime.es, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be in unused condition, with original packaging, accessories, and receipt/invoice. Used accessories such as headphones, screen protectors, or items with hygiene concerns are non-returnable once opened.

Non-Returnable Items

Products sold as final sale or clearance. Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

Process for Returns & Exchanges

Contact us at 📧 support@newprime.es with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Once approved, you can ship the product back to us or bring it to our store at: Calle Santa Margarida 12, 08001 Barcelona, Spain Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer (unless the product was faulty or incorrect).

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement product once we receive and verify the returned item. Price differences (if any) will be adjusted accordingly.
